• What is Perfect Lodgement
• It is a process that allows Customers to declare
  the entire
• planned lodgement up-front this is called
  Perfect Lodgement.
• Spoils would be included in the planned lodgement
  volume and
• would be lodged at a later date. Post would
  require a document
• with each lodgement that supports the original
  lodgement when
• spoils are presented. This document must provide
  an audit trail
• back to the original lodgement.
• Spoils / Remakes / Damages / Wrecks

• It is important that the Perfect Lodgement
  concept does not compromise, nor extend the time
  taken to perform volume verification checks.
• The Barcode manifest for each lodgement will be
  based upon planned production volumes and will
  not be manually amended to reflect spoils that
  may occur during the production process.

• These documents perform the reconciliation audit
  trial to the
• original lodgement documents.
