No one is worried about how the corporations
make profit, the products these make, the
processes in use and the outcome of these on the
earth and environment. CSR Programmes are on the
fringes of business. At best Philanthropic
schemes define corporate CSR. AIMA felt a strong
need to start a movement of going beyond such
CSR. Hence, the first initiative titled Death
of CSR and Birth of Responsible Business.
2OBJECTIVE OF BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY SUMMIT
The objective of the Business Responsibility
Summit was to address broader issues than the
traditional view of Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) besides helping the business
community to rethink their responsibilities
towards society and built appropriate link
between the community and stakeholder.

BRS. CSR strategy is emanating out of the board.
We need to seek representations of stakeholders. - Environmentally sustainable ways of building a
