made up of snow crystals that combine in
different ways.

7How To Make A Snowflake
1. Fold a piece of paper in half.
8Fold over one side, then the other, to make two
60 degree folds. You can do this freehanded of
you can use a protractor. This could also be a
good lesson in geometry.
9Cut off the edges of the paper in an arc so it
will make a circle when you unfold the paper.
10 Cut a lot of the paper away.
11Unfold your snowflake carefully. Decorate your
egg with glitter.
