• Negatives of last one didnt engage the nursing
  workforce sufficiently therefore had no meaning
  to them
• Did start to articulate our shared value base and
  philosophy of care across a widely dispersed
  workforce in geography and care settings
• Identify work streams that started to articulate
  what nursing contributions to care delivery are
  and what developments needed to focus on.
• These have largely been achieved
