  • Funding Scenario 1
  • 50 State of North Dakota,
  • 25 City of Fargo,
  • 25 Chrisan (Special Assessment).
  • Under this option, the 25 cost share per
    remaining home for the full protection options
    would range from 30-50,000.
  • Funding Scenario 2
  • Request for Future Annexation to City of Fargo.
    Under this option assessments would be determined
    using the same calculation proposed for
    properties currently in the City of Fargo.
    Currently this is estimated to be approximately
    4,500 to 5,000 per home.
