  Central Command, parent to the 60-Nation
  Coalition Coordination Center (CCC) as a one-time
  invitation to the United Nations and the
  Foundations to devise a new form of multinational
  information sharing and decision support. If the
  invited participants agree, the conference will
  be offered to any organization that wishes to
  carry the conference forward each year.
