Company Timeline

• 2000 Artezio is established as a software
  development company with four employees on staff
• 2001 Artezio was awarded a contract to develop
  e-commerce solution for largest Russian mobile
  devices distributor MSS-Spectrum, entered an
  alliance with large ISV from the USA
• 2002 The grown company moved to a new office
  building on Gubkina street
• 2003 A software development center for Value
  Commerce, a Japanese ASP, is launched, ISO9001
  certification achieved, Testing Services and
  Human Resource departments organized
• 2004 new SDCs in Moscow and in Minsk set up
• 2005 Artezio joins LANIT group

• GM and CFO - Alexander Izosenkov
• Mr. Izosenkov is a Russian Ministry of Finance
  accredited financial auditor and an acknowledged
  expert in business automation.He graduated from
  Moscow Institute of Radioengineering, Electronics
  and Automation. In addition, Mr. Izosenkov
  completed the Russian Government Management
  Development Program, specializing in the world
  economics and finance.

• CEO - Pavel Adylin
• Pavel Adylin has been leading Artezio since its
  inception. A manager with over 12 years of IT and
  FCMG sectors experience, he succeeded in building
  a superior team of professionals and lead the
  company to top positions on both domestic and
  international software development markets.
  Having started his IT career as a computer
  programmer in 1988, Mr. Adylin launched his first
  IT start-up in 1993. He has 12 years of senior
  management experience in sales and marketing. Mr.
  Adylin graduated from the Moscow Academy of
  Finance in 1997 and Moscow Institute of
  Radio-engineering, Electronics and Automation in
  1991 with a Master of Science degree in
  Electronics.

  informational technology Dr. Alexander Lesnevsky
  holds a position of CTO in Artezio.
• Prior to Artezio Alexander worked in Luxoft as a
  project manager where he managed projects for
  such companies as Boeing.
• Alexander graduated from Moscow Institute of
  Electronics and Mathematics and was given a
  Doctor degree in Educational Technology and
  Computer Science from Russian Academy of
  Pedagogy.
