  telescope operators what is available, can the
  tools cope, do we need a development programme?
• What software tools are required for the end
  user how are these distributed where is analysis
  done? Tools for science extraction?
• Plan for two meetings (combining original 4)

• Will setup discussion on open-access WIKI
• Second in March 2009 in conjunction with Oxford
