• Creation of efficient economy for fish culture
  (trout)
• Supply with fish production of Kyrgyzstan market
• Entry to international market (CIS, China, Japan,
  Transpacific countries)

• Creation of economy with the complete production
  cycle
• The most favorable and big bay of Issyk-Kul Lake
  (Pokrovka) is allotted
• Enough allotment of land for building (incubation
  shop, shop for breeding, fish combine,
  feed-production etc.) is given
• All licensing documents for fish economy are
  received (from ANKR, Fish economy department,
  State Agency on Environmental Protection).
