Per US/EUMETSAT agreement, NPOESS will fly
CrIS/ATMS on all the 1330 and 1730 spacecraft,
using EUMETSATs IASI/AMSU on the 2130
spacecraft. This gives three advanced sounders
which greatly improving numerical forecast
capability.
