• Open ExportFile___.zip
• View imsmanifest.xml with Internet Explorer
• Scroll through XML to find test reference
• type"assessment/x-bb-qti-test"

• Extract relevant .dat file to working directory
• Rename to res00001.dat

• Extract imsmanifest.xml from a Pool___.zip file
  and place into working directory
• Or use Custom imsmanifest.xml
• Zip res00001.dat and imsmanifest.xml together,
  assign a logical name

Problems Solutions

• You need the XSLT library installed in PHP to
  open this Blackboard file
• When using Debian (a Linux distribution)
• apt-get install php4-xslt sablotron
• Add extensionxslt.so to the end of
  /etc/php4/apache/php.ini
