  • Homepage status of all pages in your recent
    edit history pages saved in draft, waiting for
    release by other users
  • Web Content Manager editing function, opens
    your department page and changes menu to editing
    menu
  • Main Menu for administrators only
  • Log Off Important Please log off when done!

  • Left-hand menu of Web Content Manager
  • Homepage select to exit editing function and
    view all of your tasks (same as previous slide)
  • SmartEdit the editing function by default
    opens to your department homepage
  • Search allows you to find your pages by name
  • Tasks Tells you status of your recently edited
    pages, allows you to go to each directly
  • Main Menu for administrators only
  • Help searchable Help function
  • Log Off please log off when done

When you log-in you will see your department
homepage and be in the SmartEdit tab.

  • When you open a foundation, the Page Menu
    appears.
  • Properties Headline and Page Name
  • Actions Versions list and Page Preview can be
    seen here.
  • Linking tells you all pages that link here.
  • Keywords tells you what keywords are
    associated.
  • Notes Include notes here such as reasons for
    page rejections.
  • Page Information Tells you general information
    and status in workflow.

    many bodies of content as you want to add to it
  • Body content classes a room

    lists and contextual links. You can have 1 body
    on a page or multiple bodies. Why would it be
    good to use both a single and a series?
