Philosophy of Course
  • Our focus is learning about leadership and
    ourselves.
  • Experience is the best way to learn about
    leadership and ourselves.
  • Thus, we create opportunities and a safe place to
    take risks, make mistakes, and try new things.

  • Because the work you do is very qualitative and
    writing-intensive, I use rubrics to guide my
    grading. These rubrics are provided on the
    course website to help guide your work.

    in person only for ANY assignment prior to its
    submission, multiple times if you request.
