2Launch Order Entry Form, Create New Entry, Look
up Account
View ongoing or completed orders. Tap New to
create a new entry.
To look-up and automatically populate a
customers information, tap the Look-Up button.
Select Account, tap Ok. Selecting Alternate
Shipping Address will allow you to manually enter
address. Tap Next to proceed to next screen.
3View Billing Information, add/delete/edit Product
List
Add, Delete or Edit product (s) to be ordered.
Tap Next to proceed to next screen.
Enter required information using free form text
or use drop down menu options provided.
4Order Date, Add Notes, Signature, Save As, Send
Enter order entry date/ notes. Print and Sign
order entry. Save as Draft or Submit as a
completed entry.
Tap refresh to send completed data wirelessly
over the network as well as retrieve any new data
that has been sent to your device.
5Web Manager View
To access the Web Manager, please type in the
following URLhttps//us.prontoforms.com/manager/
The first page will require you to enter your
UserName and Password UserName domain/10
digit CTN Password 10 digit CTN
6Web Manager View of all available forms, Manage
user(s) and profile
Select the form from which you would like to view
data
My profile allows you to change your web manager
login password
7Download selected record(s), View record in XML,
MS Excel or Printer Ready format
Click the printer icon or XML icon to display
data in desired format
Check the record(s) required and click OK to
download the records into MS Excel.
