  • Situations in which financial considerations
    may compromise, or have the appearance of
    compromising, an employees professional judgment
    in designing, conducting, evaluating, or
    reporting University Research and Technology
    Transfer programs and other scholarly activities.

Why do We Care about Financial Ties?
  • Financial interests MAY
