Professionals of New Jersey (AFPNJ) will hold its
21st Annual Seminar at the Hanover Marriott,
Whippany, NJ, on May 14, 2002. We attract
finance professionals from the tri-state area who
work for middle-market to Fortune 100 companies
in search of continuing educational
opportunities, continuous process improvements
and cutting-edge products and services. Most of
the proceeds from our seminar are utilized
towards a scholarship fund, which the AFPNJ
awards to finance students in attendance at
Rutgers University and Bloomfield College. During
the last 20 years, our organization has awarded
over 118,000 in scholarships. What an excellent

advance. RESERVATIONS To reserve your
booth(s), please fill out and submit the
Exhibitor Contract accompanied with full payment
(company check or credit card) to the specified
address by January 25, 2002. EXHIBIT BOOTHS
Standard size booth spaces are 10 ft. deep by 10
ft. wide and are indicated on the official
Exhibit Floor Plan (to be provided at a later
date). Booths include a 6 draped table, one
wastebasket and two chairs. All other
furnishings, equipment, facilities, etc., shall
be provided by the Exhibitor at his/her own
expense. USE OF BOOTHS All exhibits and
demonstrations must be confined to the exhibit
booth. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or
share the whole or any part of the assigned booth
space. Exhibitors are encouraged to cooperate in
closing of exhibits and clearing the exhibit hall
when requested. EXHIBIT FLOOR SPACE Exhibit
space will be assigned on a first-come
first-served basis. AFPNJ reserves the right to
make the final determination of all space
assignments in keeping with the best interests of
the exhibition. The Exhibit Floor Plan will be
provided at a later date.
