INTRODUCTION
This is a book about Traviss dad leaving and
Travis finding a dog and at first he doesn't like
Old Yeller but when you get into the book Old
Yeller starts to help him and protect the whole
family and hunt. Old Yeller and Travis are really
good at hunting together. Travis has a dog named
Old Yeller , a 5 year old brother named Arliss
and and a mom and a papa who went somewhere to
get money. This is a really good book.

• Old Yeller protects the family.
• Old Yeller is good at fighting and never gives up
  when he fights.
• I think Old Yeller is a wild dog because at first
  he stole their food

TRAVIS

• Travis is taking over his dads place while he
  goes and gets money.
• Travis is really brave because it would be hard
  to take care of a whole family. I think Travis is
  really good at hunting.

Arliss

• I think little Arliss is a trouble maker because
• He swims naked in their drinking water
• He screams and hollers when he doesnt get his
  way.
• Held on to baby cubs leg and mama bear comes

Papa

• Papa went to Kansas to get money and he left
  Travis to take care of the family. He left
  because he is responsible of the family. He got
  Travis

• a horse when he was in Kansas. I think that papa
  really trusts Travis because it would be a really
  big responsibility to watch a whole family for a
  pretty long time. Plus he has a real trouble
  maker

Mama

• I think mama is nice to the kids. Shes freaked
  out about hydrophobia (rabies).She in nice
  because when they found Old Yeller, she let
  Arliss and Travis keep Old Yeller and it was
  really good she did.

Problems

• Papa left the family and held Travis responsible
  of the family.
• Arliss held on to a bear cubs leg and the mama
  bear came.
• Two bulls were fighting and they broke their
  fence
• Travis and Yeller got a huge cut from wild hogs.

Solution

• Old Yeller saved Arliss from the wild mama bear.
• Papa comes home with no troubles.
• Travis and Yeller both healed from the wild hogs.
• They shot Old Yeller before he spread the
  hydrophobia.

What I Liked
What I Didn't Like

• I liked this book because this book has a lot of
  action and lots of fighting. I also liked Old
  Yeller because it was there was lots of problems
  and most of the problems were solved by Yeller.

• I didnt like when Old Yeller got hydrophobia
  because he didnt deserve it at all because he
  helped the family he didnt hurt them

How I felt about the book

• I thought this book was awesome because it had a
  lot of fighting and a lot of action. I felt good
  when I read this book because it was really well
  written and it was really descriptive. This was a
  really good book.

Who This book would be good for

• This would be a good book for people who like to
  read, people who like dogs and most importantly
  its for people who like fighting and action.

• This is the end of the power point.This book is
  really good (Im not lying) and I hope you read
  it. I would give this book 9/10 because it had a
  lot of fighting , it was really surprising and it
  also had a lot of action.
