  • SCs ensure valid, modern list of occupations
  • Social partners and employers work with others to
    identify main vocational competencies
  • SCs, schools, employer associations, Chambers, HE
    institutions can propose qualifications
  • Developers put competencies together to form
    qualifications
  • SCs validate the proposed drafts
  • MoSES approves VET qualifications after
    endorsement
  • SCs revalidate at regular intervals to ensure
    continuing relevance
