Case 1

• 13 year old girl with a 3 month history of
• abdominal pain
• vomiting
• loose stools
• high grade intermittent fever
• decreased appetite
• On colonoscopy Terminal ileum, ileocecal valve
  and cecum were ulcerated, nodular and friable
  the ileocecal valve was deformed

• 42 year old male with abdominal pain and chronic
  diarrhea for 1 year
• Colonoscopy Nodular terminal ileal mucosa
  colonic mucosa normal.

• Colonoscopy nodularity in the ileum, small
  ulcers in the ascending colon
