What do we learn from dNch/dh hlt1 ?
  • Its a fundamental handle on the initial state
  • Proportional to energy density
  • Proportional to entropy density
  • Proportional to initial gluon density
  • It constrains models, especially when energy and
    centrality systematics are included.
