  of the cost of the ticket and a child less than 5
  years would be charged 10 of the ticket. Age
  proof is essential and your passport is a valid
  age proof document.
• The ticket cost includes the cost of travel,
  accommodation, meals, sightseeing, entrance fees,
  boat rides, safaris, dance performances, sound
  and light shows, English guides, water, and
  transportation inside the city Palace on Wheels
  facilities. The cost does not include alcoholic
  and non-alcoholic beverages, porter fee,
  insurance, camera fee in monuments, laundry,
  telephone costs, cost of other guides, and other
  personal expenses.

  only if there was a minimum of 20 seats booked on
  the train. Else, the ticket cost would be
  returned without any reduction. In case of
  customer-induced cancellation, 10 of the cost
  would be taken as a fee if the ticket is canceled
  before 62 days from the departure date. 20 of
  the cost would be retained if the ticket is
  canceled before 32 days from the palace on wheels
  departure dates
• Change of names in the ticket can be initiated
  only by the authorities of Royal Rajasthan on
  Wheels by the cancellation policy.
• Payment can be done through a credit card after
  online credit card authorization. It can be done
  through bank wire transfer too.
• Complete payment should be done before 45 days
  from the departure date else, the ticket will be
  considered canceled.
• Refunds would not be given for non-participation
  in any activities during the tour.

WHEELS TOUR TARIFF

• Once you pay the complete Royal Rajasthan on
  Wheels fare, ticket confirmation form would be
  sent to you and you need to have a copy of this
  form with you throughout the tour and should be
  presented whenever requested. This copy will not
  act as a Visa. Foreign travellers should have
  valid passport and Visa for taking up this tour.
  Insurance is your option and is not a part of the
  cost of the ticket.
