  with chloramine instead of chlorine. Chloramine
  stays active more longer than chlorine.

  tablets and are an environmentally safe method to
  get rid of both chlorine and chloramine. It is
  used chiefly to remove chlorine from water prior
  to flushing water into ponds or streams.
• Installing a water filter system
• Installing a water filter system will help you
  remove both chlorine and chloramine from water.
  You can get filtered water from every water
  outlet but you need to install a whole house
  water filter. Reverse osmosis filters are also an
  effective way to obtain safe drinking water.
