Our Leadership Jaideep Mirchandani is the
founder and Group Chairman of Sky One,
leading aviation holding entity with interests in
several aviation firms globally managing a fleet
strength of over 60 aeroplanes and helicopters of
various modifications. Widely recognized as a
visionary entrepreneur with a deep understanding
of emerging industry trends and their
potential for transformative impact. Under his
guidance, Sky One has grown from a cargo startup
into a global powerhouse, operating multiple
subsidiaries and enjoying a robust presence in
numerous markets. Celebrated for his Innovative
thinking and ability to spot opportunities ahead
of the curve, he has steered Sky One towards
diversification and expansion, continuously

He started his aviation journey from
providing cargo support in Russia and soon
established a strong foothold in all areas of
aviation, from cargo to passenger airlines,
training, leasing, and charter. His commitment to
