3Challenges
Benefit to the client
Design iterations and refine elements to align
with evolving needs and stakeholder input,
ensuring project goals are met Land/site handover
and regulatory delays pose challenges due to
complexities in ownership transfer, legal
formalities, and obtaining permits, potentially
impeding project timelines Stakeholder
coordination challenges stem from ineffective
communication, collaboration, and goal alignment
among project participants, leading to delays and
errors in execution Seamless handover ensures
smooth transfer of responsibility and operational
knowledge from construction to OM teams,
optimizing asset management throughout its
lifecycle
Asset Information Management System (AIMS) being
developed for effective handover to OM AIMS
along with a common data environment will support
effective OM CMMS (Computerized Maintenance
management system) Ensuring design consistency
and uniformity across all project phases
minimizes errors and enhances communication
efficiency among stakeholders, supported by
automated QA checks and dynamic review processes.
Early clash detection and resolution result in
cost savings by identifying and addressing
conflicts at the project's outset, optimizing
resource allocation, and streamlining
construction processes, facilitated by easy
access to the latest information. Easy access to
the latest information ensures stakeholders
receive real-time updates, fostering transparency
and informed decision- making throughout the
project lifecycle, facilitated by digital
platforms and collaborative tools.
