comply with international trade regulations. Here

involved in import-export activities
A commercial invoice is a bill for goods issued
by the seller to the buyer. It includes details
such as the description of goods, quantity,
price, and terms of sale.   Bill of Lading (B/L)
A document issued by the carrier to the shipper,
acknowledging receipt of goods and detailing the
terms of the transport.   Packing List An
itemized list of goods in the shipment, including
weights, dimensions, and packaging details.

Insurance Certificate Proof of insurance
coverage for the shipment, ensuring protection
against loss or damage during transit.   Import/Ex
port License A permit required by some countries
for the import or export of certain
goods.   Proforma Invoice An initial bill of
sale sent to the buyer in advance of a shipment
or delivery of goods.   Customs Declaration A
form submitted to the customs authority,
detailing the nature, quantity, and value of the
goods being imported or exported.

that the goods were inspected and meet the
