Method Used

• It is required for shelling and parting of RCN.
• It requires a certain steam pressure inside the

What is special about Muskaan Equipment

• After RCN cooking and filtration, cooked RCN goes
  into given silos storage through channel and
  metallic bucket elevator.
• We provide a combination of two silos storage to
  use them alternatively, and the channel and
  elevators are designed in such a way in which
  they feed the Cooked RCN in silos according to
  alternate plan. It makes the process continuous
  and untouched from human contact.
• This is forced cooling system for Cooked RCN and
  thus it saves a lot of time in compare with
  normal cooling time and eventually in whole RCN
  processing.

  shelled cashew to scooping and Separation system.
  As we dont use a conveyor belt to carry shelled
  cashew, so we prevents the unnecessary breakdown
  due to RCN oil which contain acidic element and
  damage the belt in period of time.

NW Drying - RCN

• It is required for making peeling process easier.

• NW are kept in trays and trays are inserted in
  trolleys and then trolleys go into the Drying
  chamber.
• It helps to get red skin of NW harder, resulting

  1,000 kg per batch.
