Our Automated Claim Status Verification module is
a lights out process which queries the status
of every claim you have on file with all your
payers and notifies your staff which claims are
ready for any follow-up work on a daily
basis. This daily process ensures your staff is
notified at the earliest time possible when
further action is required for the claim to be
paid. There is nothing your staff needs to do to
check the status of their claims. We bring back
and display to you the entire claim message
posted on the payers web site. Based on the
contents on the message we filter out all claims
which require no further action and route the
message to the appropriate staff member for
follow-up work. You have the option of combining
the Claim Status Verification module with our
Underpayment Analyzer. When you received a claim
message back with a status of paid, how do you
know it was paid per the terms of the contract?
Underpayment Analyer will identify all under and
over payments the day you receive them.
