Reservations" from the main navigation menu. Here
you can view your latest and previous trips and
make changes to your itinerary. To make changes,
select "Change my booking" for the relevant
flight.

How can I cancel my flight reservation?
To cancel a flight reservation, log into your
Lufthansa account and open "My Reservations" from
the main navigation menu. From here you can view
your previous and current reservations and select
"Cancel my reservation" for the respective flight.

How can I get a refund for my trip?
To receive a refund for a flight reservation, log
into your Lufthansa account and open "My
Reservations" in the main navigation menu. Select
the "Refund Request" option for the concerned
flight. Then follow the instructions to complete
your refund request.

To make a reservation with Lufthansa, go to the
Lufthansa website and enter your departure and
arrival airport. On the next page, select the
flight, cabin and ticket type of your choice and
click Continue. Then enter your travel details
and payment details and click "Book Now" to
