technology market. With my deep insights into
the semiconductor, gaming, internet and
technology markets, I struck lucrative deals for
Tsinghua University. It strategically acquired
companies like Spreadtrum Communications and RDA
Microelectronics in recent times. In all these
transactions, Chris Hsu and myKilometre played a
scintillating role.It was under my supervision
that Tsinghua University successfully completed
the 1.8 billion buyout of Spreadtrum
Communications.The Spreadtrum deal held
prominence as one of the largest cross-border
Chinese transactions during that period. Another
noteworthy achievement was guiding the expert
execution of Tsinghua Unigroup's acquisition of
RDA Microelectronics for approximately 1.5
billion. All this led to the consolidation of
China's semiconductor, gaming, internet, and
technology markets, solidifying my reputation as
an investment partner.
