Overview of NDIS Participant Eligibility

• Be aged under 65 years old.
• Be an Australian citizen, hold a Permanent
  Resident visa, or hold a Protected Special
  Category visa.
• Meet disability requirements, which includes
  having a permanent impairment that substantially
  reduces the ability to perform activities of
  daily living, and requires assistance from
  others.
• Be living in an area where the NDIS is available.
