Title: Sam Singh : Historical State, The Hinwick House
1Sam Singh Historical State, The Hinwick House
2Hinwick House, also known as Little Buckingham
Palace, was built in 1710, inspired by Buckingham
Palace itself. This historic house is at the top
of the market with a whopping 7.95 million
dollars. What makes Hinwick House special? Aside
from being a vintage house that has been
preserved as years passed by, the house itself is
magnificent inside and outside.
3Located in the east of Bedfordshire, England. It
was originally built in the 18th century, and
this historical state has been standing for over
three centuries. It was kept magnificently but
renovated and restored by Sam Singh. But of
course, the house was also keeping up with the
modernization of homes, but still, without losing
its touch of old, it is a complete package of
comfort and luxury in one.
4Despite the busy streets of England, the house
alone was graced by the Royals, Politicians, and
people who are in the elite circle. As the years
passed by, the house had different owners, such
as the Duke of Manchester and the Earls of
Westmorland. Guessed, the house was built for the
lavish and luxurious life of the royals, which is
very fitting for the life that they have.
Expensive.
5Being able to preserve the house and having a
rich history over the centuries, it is no wonder
why it is expensive in the market. The previous
owner, the Orlebar family, has made this historic
state house happen. Even though there were
changes that were seen, its meaning and its
stories would continue to live on how a house in
the East of England was graced with the elites,
on how it was made in a voluntary aiding center
for the injured during the first world war. It
was all kept like the house was able to uphold
its history.
