3What is the eligibility criteria for UAE Golden
Visa?
In order to get Dubai Golden Visa, you must be
under following eligibility criteria-
- Investor Visa 10 Years
- Minimum 2 million value property or owned share (
one property or more ) under the applicant name - In case the property is mortgage, at least 2
million of property value must be paid to the
bank. NOC letter and paid amount letter .
3- Husband and wife can share in one property.
(marriage certificate required).
4What are the Documents Required For Investor
Visa?
Investor in an investment fund (commercial
investor)
1. Companys financial report for the previous
year (Made by the companys financial auditor)
2. Companys Trade license and photocopy of the
List of Partners Names
3. Copy of the sponsored residency
4. Companys bank statement (last 3 months)
5. Companys (VAT Return) for the previous year
5Investor in an investment fund (deposit) 1. A
letter from the bank in Arabic form showcasing a
fix deposit. A note must be mentioned in the
letter. (The fix deposit will not be broken for
the next two years, OR in case the fix deposit
was broken for any reason, the General
Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs
Dubai must be notified
2. Copy of the sponsored passport.
3. Tenancy contract.
Investor in (Tax Return Investor)
1. A letter from the Federal Tax Authority.
2. Companys Trade license and photocopy of the
List of Partners Names.
3. Copy of the sponsored residency.
