Authentication of certificates is to prove the
quality and originality of your certificates or
documents. It is very important to submit your
authenticated copy of the certificates for a job
or higher studies in abroad.

• Documents must be original certificates which
  contain the original signature and seal
• Must use a certified true copy or notarized
  version of documents that has been stamped by
  Canadian notary

• The documents are initially attested by Notary
  in presence of a suitable witness
• After approval from Notary, the document is then
  sent to Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
  (DFAT) for verification.
• The final step involves approval by Embassy
  which is the final authority that permits the
  use of documents in public domain.
