2Installing a CT Scanner takes a lot of time and
planning. The last thing you want is for your
installation team to show up and the site is not
prepared and ready. The experts at Atlantis
Worldwide put together this information to help
you with your CT Scanner installation so
everything goes as smoothly as possible. It all
starts when you purchase your CT Scanner. Then
its time to create a timeline for installation.

3- Connect your architect with the CT Scanner
seller. They will need to provide the
architectural drawing of the space for the CT
Scanner and equipment. The drawing should also
show the delivery path, including corners, hall
sizes and door openings. - Your CT Scanner Seller will create preliminary
drawings of the room with the system installed in
it. These will be submitted to you as well as the
installing engineer for review.

4- Once all drawings have been approved by you and
the engineer, final drawings will be created.
These will include electrical connections, HVAC,
plumbing and more. - During construction, the engineer should arrange
for a site visit and answer any questions about
set-up and discuss the project. Electricians,
plumbers, contractors and HVAC technicians would
attend the meeting as well.

5- Take photos throughout the construction process
and provide them to your CT Scanner Seller. The
Sellers engineer can look for potential issues
with the build-out and determine a timeline for
the date of delivery. - Once a firm date of completion has been
established, the Seller will book a truck to
deliver the CT Scanner to your site. - If any additional equipment is needed for the
installation process (forklifts, pallet jacks,
etc.), this should be arranged to coincide with
the delivery date. The install crew should be
ready to begin the install.

6These steps will take weeks and month to
complete, especially since there are so many
different people involved in the process. But,
with careful planning and thorough communication,
you can have a stress-free installation process.
Here are a few more tips
- Create a master list of contacts for everyone
involved in the project. Share with all involved
parties so they can reach out to one another as
needed. - Do your planning via email whenever possible.
Having things documented in writing provides a
helpful reference if someone happens to forget
part of a conversation. - Be sure to copy all emails to all interested
parties, including engineers, HVAC technicians,
electricians, plumbers and more.
