A skilled therapist takes patients with mental
illnesses through a range of artistic techniques
employing geometric patterns to reestablish a
sense of good mental equilibrium. This type of
therapy is known as mandala art therapy. This
treatment is used to treat a variety of physical
illnesses and disabilities as well as depression,
post-traumatic stress disorder, grieving, anger
management, self-esteem improvement, addiction
management, and stress relief.

How Mandala heals you?  1 Mandala
Meditation  The customer should select a Mandala
that appeals to him for his meditation. After
selecting his preferred Mandala, the user should
start by concentrating on the circle's center.
One can "enter" the Mandala and go through the
symbology from this point. The individual should
concentrate and avoid being sidetracked while
admiring the lovely patterns and colors of the
mandala. One should continue to unwind and
breathe as one goes deeper and deeper into the
Mandala. He could start to feel at peace and
happy, or he might start to get messages from the
divine or from his intuition.  2 Creating
Mandala  Making a Mandala may be really
therapeutic. When deciding what media to utilize
for the Mandala, one should follow their gut.
Sand, watercolors, crayons, pastels, pencils,
paint, flowers, leaves, pebbles, diamonds, and
other materials can all be used by anyone to make
mandalas.  When creating a mandala, one should
decide what kind of healing one wishes to invoke.
The next step is to reflect on your intention for
a little while. One should start drawing the
mandala once they are psychologically ready,
working from the inside out. The mandala can be
hung in a location where it can be routinely
looked at or utilized as a meditation tool. This
will relieve tension and aid in the person's
recovery.  3 Coloring Mandala  Once the mandala
is drawn, it may be colored with any type of
material, including paint, crayons, watercolors,
etc. When someone draws, paints, or just observes
a mandala, they are secretly training their mind
to embrace the idea of completion or
oneness.  Mandala coloring or creation as a kind
of meditation aims to clear the mind by making it
concentrate on the mandala's pattern. One can
avoid daily distractions by engaging in this
exercise. The mind can be calmed by focusing on
the design. One should just keep their attention
on the mandala until their mind is quiet and
clear of any negative ideas if they start to get
sidetracked and start thinking about other
unimportant things.
