  • One of the most well-known types of rice is
    basmati. The Sanskrit term vasmati, which meaning
    fragrant or aromatic, is where the word basmati
    originates. Northern India and Pakistan are the
    two countries where basmati rice is primarily
    farmed. It has a long grain, is highly aromatic,
    and has a little nutty flavour.

Cook Over Low and Slow Heat
  • To begin boiling the rice, you should bring the
    water to a boil. However, if you cook the rice at
    a high temperature, the grains will fracture and
    lose their texture. Keep in mind that steam, not
    just heat, is what you want to use to cook rice.
    For the remainder of the cooking procedure, lower
    the heat to a low setting and let the steam do
    the work.
