• New Richmond, on the Ohio River in Clermont
  County Ohio about 25 miles east of Cincinnati,
  has a rich history as a steamboat town and this
  is evident by the presence of the towns annual
  International Cardboard Boat Regatta. The town is
  also home to the New Richmond Cardboard Boat
  Museum, a non-profit organization started in 2007
  that features colorful and whimsical
  cardboard-made watercraft displayed in a museum
  setting. The museum also showcases cardboard-made
  objects such as hot rods, a school bus, a steam
  locomotive, a 10-foot guitar, a supersized coffee
  cup, a Wile E. Coyote-style sit-atop missile, and
  more.
• Cardboard Wikkelboats or "wrap boats" when
  translated to English are now being used for
  short-term living accommodations in the Rotterdam
  landscape, 73 kilometers to the southeast of the
  country's capital, Amsterdam. The floating houses
  are made of 1.2-meter-long cardboard segments
  weighing 500 kilograms each helping with moving
  services.

  2-D shapes that imitate an illusion of a square
  or cardboard box, and it may give researchers
  more insight into our furry friends perception
  of visual illusions. It is studies like this that

• A self-portrait of Vincent Van Gogh was
  discovered in July 2022 underneath layers of
  cardboard and glue after hiding for more than a
  century. The press office of the National
  Galleries of Scotland issued a statement saying
  that after using a delicate moving service they
  discovered x-ray images of Van Gogh's 1885 "Head
  of a Peasant Woman" revealed a previous
  self-portrait on the reverse side, an artist hack
  Van Gogh used to save money on canvas and
  supplies.
• World famous cardboard artist _at_Tsu_ku_ru_san has
  created real-life cardboard replicas of the
  Master Cycle Zero in The Legend of Zelda Breath
  of the Wild and the Yu-Gi-Oh! D-Wheel that drives.
