Solution 3 - Running the Reboot.bat File as an
Admin

• Open QuickBooks and select Properties gt Open File
  Location.
• Right-click on the Reboot.bat file and click on
  Run as Admin.
• Do not exit the appeared command prompt window
  and let the repair run.
• Once the process ends, open QuickBooks and run
  payroll again.
• Solution 4 - Ending the QBConnector.exe Process
• In the Task Manager window, go to the Processes
  tab.
• Right-click on QBConnector.exe and select End
  Process.
• Restart QuickBooks to check if the issue is
  resolved.

Solution 5 - Re-configuring Firewall to Allow QB

• Open Settings from the Start menu and type
  Firewall in the search box.
• In the appeared Windows Firewall window, select
  Allow an App or Feature through Windows Firewall.
• Select the Change Settings button and checkmark
  QuickBooks to allow it.

  Close.
