The Body

• The master laminated lock is the most common
  padlock on the market. This locks body is made
  up of several metal sheets that are stacked and
  laminated together. The reason behind the metal
  body of padlocks is to provide it tough body
  against any possible use of force. The quality of

  of the time high security padlocks are made up of
  zinc and stainless steel.

The Shackles

• An Industrial machine is used to cut trim and
  steel rods. It is ensured that steel rods needs
  to perfectly allowed to insert inside the holes
  present at the top of the lock. A bending robot
  then comes and bend the steel rods and tamper
  them to make lock stronger. Then divots are
  trimmed the bottom of shackles to allow the
  padlock work properly. In last process latches
  are installed to catch the holes and prevent
  padlock from being opened.

The Mechanism

• In this step all the process that needed to make
  padlock put in place. Some Padlocks uses ball
  bearings to block a shim from forcing the lock
  open. After this process a cylinder case is
  inserted into the lock to it for the lock
  cylinder. Machines are then used to couple the
  pieces of the cylinder. In final step key cutting
  is done so that our padlock set with right key
  completes.
