About Us
The state of Maharashtra has been prospering but
the state of its rural health care, as per a
recent article in The Hindu, is apathetic
because of the shortage of doctors, staff and
equipment. Kankavli, a town in Maharashtras
Sindhudurg district, had been facing a similar
problem since decades.  It is to address this
issue that Dr. Anant R. Nagvekar (MD  OBGY) and 
Dr. Kirti A.Nagvekar (DGO, DA) founded the
Nagvekar Hospitals in the year 1986.
