    choosing a healthy diet.

brainIf you want to keep your brain healthy, it
is important to eat a variety of nutritious
foods. The brain is made up of many different
types of cells, and each of them requires certain
nutrients to function properly. If you eat too
much sugar or refined carbohydrates, you can feel
tired and sluggish. This can make it difficult to
focus on anything other than getting through the
day.
