Our partner, Orange ICT Solutions PLC, is an
information, communications, and technology
company established in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The
goal of Orange ICT Solutions PLC is to provide
Ethiopian customers with advanced software
solutions for their businesses. As Orange ICT
Solutions PLC is based within the information
technology (IT) sector, they were interested in
increasing the range of software solutions they
could provide to prospective clientele. It was,
therefore, a natural progression that led the

Challenge
While coordinating with CloudApper, Orange ICT
Solutions PLC gained a deeper understanding of
the softwares benefits. The company was
particularly concerned with the management of
prospective customers and their data. This meant
that Orange ICT Solutions PLC was immediately
interested in testing CloudAppers SalesQ
application to resolve their problem of
accountability. SalesQ is a sales agent
monitoring application that allows companies to
track the operative activities of their sales
agents.
Solution
Orange ICT Solutions PLC introduced their sales
department to the SalesQ system, and its features
became fundamental in the companys search for
ways to monitor their sales teams activities and
find how these actions impact potential leads and
current customers. This concept would be crucial
to them, because the IT and software sector in
Ethiopia continues to grow, and Orange ICT
Solutions PLC wanted to find a way to adequately
address these opportunities to work more
productively. Upon explaining the different
options, it was clear to see that SalesQ would be
the most appropriate program going forward. The
software provides employers with the ability to

transparency of their sales team, which was
particularly helpful for Orange ICT Solutions
PLC, as they mainly wanted a way to keep track of
their sales department.
SalesQ solved the companys problem through its

Benefits
The main benefit experienced, as stated by the
CloudApper team and reiterated by Orange ICT
Solutions PLC, was the transparency. Using
SalesQ, Orange ICT Solutions employees were able
to upload their daily responsibilities onto the
SalesQ platform, often from their own mobile
devices. Through its newfound capacity to monitor
the sales department and sales manager, the
company gained a better understanding of its
sales teams. More importantly, information
collected from the SalesQ platform could be used
for developing reports or making educated
decisions for the companys future.
Another benefit provided by SalesQ was the
ability to schedule tasks. This provided the
managers with the ability to direct each member
of their sales team and ensure that none were
