pain
Knee Bursitis Trauma Dislocated Kneecap

Knee Bursitis
  • It is inflammation or irritation of bursae. A
sudden twist or movement can injure your bursae.
Bursitis can lead to warmth, pain, swelling, and
stiffness in the knee joint. Usually, people with
    bursitis need steroid injections.

Trauma
  • The overall structure and mechanism of the knee
joint increase the risk of knee injuries. Some of
the common knee injuries are the Medial
    Collateral Ligament (MCL), Posterior Cruciate
Ligament (PCL), and Anterior Cruciate Ligament
(ACL). Well, these injuries are common in
athletes. Usually, knee trauma occurs because of
    overstretching or overworking.

6
Dislocated Kneecap
  • This is a condition where the knee cap moves out
of place because of a sudden twist or damage. In
a majority of cases, doctors recommend surgery to
relocate the knee cap. This is a medical
emergency that needs instant clinical attention.
The recovery period after knee replacement
surgery is around 5 to 6 weeks.
