  campaign, I thought it might be worth looking

  office, they can say they don't know what
  happened because they never sent anything to that
  name or address and don't have any means of
  tracking it down.

• So when you open your letter from Nigeria or
  Russia or wherever, you see an official-looking
  seal and letterhead with an address somewhere in
  your own country and think, okay, this isn't a
  scam it's real.
