A Doppler ultrasound is a non-invasive test. It
helps in estimating the flow of blood in your
arteries and veins using high-frequency sound
waves. A regular ultrasound produces images using
sound waves but does not show blood flow. A
Minidop is a handheld doppler device readily
available with a handheld vascular doppler
machine supplier. In the emergency department, it
is used for tackling accident cases, injuries,
and other emergencies. Using the device,
technicians can diagnose conditions associated
with the abnormal vascular flow. These conditions
include testicular torsion, deep venous
