Air handling system
  • The air handling system is one of the significant
    components of chilled water air conditioning.
  • Once the chilled water passes through the coil in
    the air handling system, it absorbs heat from the
    inner space and converts it into cooler air
    distributed throughout the building.

Chilled water evaporator
  • A chilled water evaporator is a component where
    the chilled water used for the air conditioning
    is formed.
  • When the water in the cylinder reaches a
    temperature of 45 F, it leaves the evaporator
    and moves up into the riser.
  • From the riser, the water goes to different
    building floors through air handling pipes.

    any point. Instead, the warm water in the
    condenser goes up to the riser, and it is then
    distributed to the building where cooling towers
    are located.
