- The Xala Project is a new community and

announced in October, off the coast of
Costalegre, Mexico. The new destination will
integrate high-end residences into a synergistic
community. Richard Gere and Johnny Schillereff,
among other high-profile investors, have pledged
to back the project. The purpose of the
1200-hectare land development is to generate
unique experiences and opportunities for the
local community and tourists.
3Land Development Project
- Xala is a land development project spearheaded by
Ricarda Santa Cruz in partnership with Jeronimo
and Juan Bremer. Their latest venture is 15 years
in the making, and the first phase is scheduled
to be completed in 2023. Xala is a booming
community focused on farming, agriculture and a
bevy of cultural activitiesall sharing a unified
goal of instilling sustainable practices. Xala
will integrate high-end residences and lodgings
for travelers.
4Ground-Breaking Development
The Xala Project is the new ground breaking
development announced along the West Coast of
Mexico. It will include three boutique hotel
brands, a hostel and over 75 new homes to create
a unique travel destination for socially
conscious tourists. Spanning 1200 hectares of
land including beachfront and wildlife preserves,
the development integrates the stunning nature of
the area with a thriving Mexican community in a
scenic, secluded space.
5Mexicos Pacific Coast
- The Xala land development spans 1200 hectares of
land hidden on Mexicos Pacific coast. Visitors
will have the opportunity to mingle with locals
and enjoy the coastal beauty of the Costalegre
region. The land development includes eight
kilometers of sandy beaches and two Ramsar
estuaries. Xalas new community will invite
tourists as early as 2023 and has been over 15
years in the making.
6Natural Elements of Costalegre
- Xala is a land development project created to
honor the local communities, environment and
natural elements of Costalegre, along the Pacific
coast of Mexico. The resort is based on
sustainable principles and seeks to protect and
restore native plants and animals. 250 hectares
of the 1200-hectare land development will be
reforested to create a private, protected area
for reptiles, ocelots, turtles and other local
animals. Xala is set to open to travelers in 2023.
