Users can add their price lists and change or
remove existing prices from the list. SAP B1
creates two price list types automatically that
cant be modified manually. ? Last purchase

Creating a Price List in SAP B1
There are two ways of creating price lists in the
SAP B1 tool. ? Importing price lists from Excel
files or using the SAPs Data Transfer Workbench
(DTW) ? Creating an individual price list
manually.

To Create a Price List Manually in SAP B1
? Choose the Price Lists option from the
inventory module. ? Right-click on the existing
price lists, click Add Row and add a new price
list. ? Enter the name of the new price list and
save it.

Few base price lists can be created as a base
list for referring it to the rest of the price
list. New prices only need to be changed in the
base price list to modify the price lists. The
Update functionality can be used to change the
default factor easily.
