  century, most of the processes has adopted
  automation. Automation in simple language means
  to perform something with the least human
  interference. Automation has been widely
  incorporated in the medical field as well. Now,
  with the help of automation, everything can be
  performed with precision and getquickresults.

• Health care workers all over the world have
  worked and fought very hard all through the
  pandemic. At the same time, they are facing many
  different challenges.
• Some major challenges that the health workers

• 1. There is a shortage of protective equipment.
  The Coronavirus spreads very easily. Even health
  care workers are at significant risk of getting
  affected by the virus. Hence, they must use
  personal protective equipment like masks.
• But there is an issue as the hospitals can't
  afford the required number of such equipment.

• 2. Long shifts.
• The number of health workers and the covid
  patients' mismatch by a wide margin. The number
  of workers is not sufficient enough to take care
  of ever-increasing patients. As such, they work
  long shifts. In this way, stand a chance to get
  infected by the virus.
• 3. They are becoming victims of violence.
• Even after working very hard and with dedication,
  some irresponsible public tries to victimize
  them. For such reason, their work gets more
  difficult. They are considered to be a victim of
  misconception. And without health care workers
  public won't be safe.

• 4. Risk of infection.
• The reasons are Overloaded isolation ward,
  increased viral load inside the hospital,
  scarcity of protective equipment and more.
• 5. Social issues.
• Medicine is referred to as a noble profession.
  The health care workers have a duty to perform
  during the pandemic. Each worker should
  understand the risks involved.

• And we as part of the society should not target
  them, for they are entering this battle to help
  us fight the situation. Recently, violence
  against HCWs, social isolation of their families
  and more have features on the headlines.
