• The natural glass created by lightning strike is
  the first form of glass known to humans. On
  beaches and sandy deserts in areas where
  lightning storms are frequent, there are natural
  glass forms formed by the high temperature of
  lightning. The first true glass was made in
  Costa, north Syria, Mesopotamia and Egypt around
  the year 2500 BC and its developed form was known

  for gothic and romantic arts. It was used almost

  during 1632 - 1683 was the first one to produce
  clear lead crystal glassware on an industrial
  scale.
